What personal data we track and why we track it
We have chosen to turn comments off on our blog posts, so there will be no information collected here.
If you message us on our contact us page on our site, we will reply to the email address that you gave us with. This won’t subscribe you to any email series, and we will NOT provide this information out to any 3rd parties.
We place cookies on a few of our pages in order to track the performance of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google and other sources.
This lets us to know if people are clicking through to our website, and if they are clicking through to other pages or not, and lets us make more educated decisions.
We do not get release any personal data from this, and we do not share our pixel with any 3rd parties.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to keep your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for 2 days, and screen options cookies last for 12 months. If you tick “Remember Me”, your login will remain the same for 14 days. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be erased.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It is removed after 1 day.

blog posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the viewer has visited the other site.
Who we share your data with
We do not share information with third parties, however we will place Facebook and/or Google pixels so that we can analyse the performance of our paid media.
This will not give us any personal information, but allows us to make better decisions based on the general trend.
How long we keep your personal information
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can monitor and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
For people that register on our website (if any), we also store the private information they give us in their user profile.
All members can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (however it is not possible to change their username).
Website admin can also view and update those details.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a profile on this site, or have left comments (currently turned off), you may request to obtain an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us.
You can also ask us to erase any personal data we have stored about you.
This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
